Perhaps you’re interested in pursuing a career within teaching, however want to work inside of a school setting on a supply basis before committing to a teacher training programme? 

Engage Education are working with a number of excellent secondary schools in the Oldham area who are eager to secure fantastic Graduate Lesson Leaders for the coming academic year. In this role, the successful candidate would be working on a supply basis conducting pre-set lessons across numerous subjects for KS3 & KS4 students.

Graduate Lesson Leader – Role Information:

• Conducting high quality KS3 & KS4 lessons across numerous subjects
• Building and sustaining strong rapports with students throughout lesson time
• Creating a warm and cohesive atmosphere within the classroom
• Located across the Oldham area
• Working hours: 08.45am to 15.30pm
• Paid £100 – £110 per day during term time
• September 2026 start – Monday to Friday role

Graduate Lesson Leader – About You:

• Minimum 2:2 UK based degree
• Experience teaching, tutoring or mentoring
• Outgoing, engaging and passionate about education
• Fantastic communication skills and interest in teaching
• Looking for flexible working schedule
