KS2 Class Teacher – Primary School – Watford

Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Start Date: September
Contract: Full-time / Permanent (or Fixed-term)
Salary: MPS / UPS (dependent on experience)

The Role

  • Full class teacher responsibilities within Key Stage 2
  • Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Assessing, monitoring and tracking pupil progress to ensure excellent outcomes
  • Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
  • Supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to maximise pupil achievement

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills
  • Passionate about raising attainment and inspiring a love of learning
  • Committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
