Please note, this role is to interview in Summer term for a September start. 

What will you be doing?

As a Learning Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping children access learning and reach their full potential. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
• Delivering targeted interventions to boost confidence and attainment
• Assisting children with their emotional regulation, social development and independence
• Supporting learning across KS1 and KS2 where required
• Working closely with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
• Building positive relationships that help children feel safe, valued and ready to learn

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children, ideally within a school or educational setting
• Is passionate about helping every child succeed
• Brings enthusiasm, patience and a nurturing approach
• Has plenty of creativity and energy to engage young learners
• Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
