I am currently working with a lovely school in Salford who are urgently seeking a behavioural specialist to support their secondary-age pupils to start immediately.
About the role:
The needs of the pupils they cater for range from:
- ASC (verbal and non-verbal)
- SEMH
- SEN
- EHCP
You will work closely with students, providing classroom support to help them engage with learning, develop confidence and reach their full potential. In this role, you will encourage positive participation, offer clear guidance, and contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

You will become part of a welcoming and experienced SEND team of Learning Support Assistants who are dedicated to supporting students across the school. The team works closely together in a collaborative and supportive environment, with several members offering specialist expertise in English and Maths. Their combined knowledge and commitment ensure a strong and effective support network for both students and staff
