Caretakers & Site Officers Needed – April 2026 Start
Temp-to-Perm | £16–£20 per hour

We are recruiting two hardworking and reliable Site Staff to join the facilities teams across a Trust of schools in Slough. These roles start April 2026 and offer a temp-to-perm pathway with competitive hourly rates.

We’re looking for practical, hands-on individuals who take pride in maintaining safe, secure, and well-presented school environments. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day upkeep of school buildings, responding promptly to maintenance tasks and ensuring a smooth-running site for staff and pupils.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience as a Caretaker, Site Officer, or in a construction/maintenance role

Strong practical knowledge of building repairs, health & safety, and general maintenance

A proactive, solution-focused attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
