We’ve spent over a decade building strong relationships with SEN schools across Bromley and are now looking to recruit dedicated SEN Teachers to support one of our outstanding specialist provisions. We have teaching positions available to start immediately.
The students have a range of complex learning needs, including:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
- Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
- Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
- Sensory and physical needs
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
It is highly advantageous if candidates have experience delivering differentiated learning, supporting pupils with complex communication needs, and working within a therapeutic and highly personalised learning environment.
About the role:
- Earn in line with MPS/UPS depending on experience
- Full-time teaching positions available
- Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets
- Teaching pupils aged 3–19 within a specialist SEN setting
- Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Specific Learning Difficulties, SEMH and communication difficulties
- Using visual communication strategies, sensory approaches, and structured routines to support learning
- Supporting emotional regulation, independence, and life skills development
- Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
