We’re recruiting a Trainee Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive Primary School in Northern Surrey, working with children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 while completing a fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.

Key responsibilities
- Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Assist with phonics, early reading, writing, and numeracy development
- Support classroom activities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Help manage behaviour positively and encourage engagement
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom resources, and displays

Requirements
