Hi, I’m Poppy and I’m the Executive SEND Recruitment Consultant here at Engage. I’ve worked in recruitment for over six years and I support the SEMH schools and Alternative Provisions across Yorkshire.
I have a real passion for SEMH and recruiting for these schools has always been more than just a job to me. My nephew has faced SEMH challenges since early childhood, and his journey is a big part of why I do what I do. Every placement I make is driven by the belief that the right person can change a young person’s world.
