I have been working with Joe quite closely over the last couple of years through my work as Executive Headteacher at Swale Academies Trust, particularly with my responsibility for The Sittingbourne School and Westlands School. Engage is now our preferred agency at these two schools. I have recommended Joe and Engage to other trust schools.
I would describe Joe as friendly, professional, reliable and trustworthy. He is realistic, listens to our needs and does his best to find teachers of a 'good fit'. He has supported the schools with tutors throughout the Covid period, and is now supporting us with our recruitment needs for this September. He makes himself available and contacts us quickly when we need to speak to him. I've met Joe in person and he displays similar positive qualities.

On the whole, the quality of the supply teachers booked through Joe is extremely high and any issues we have faced have been dealt with and resolved quickly and painlessly, due to Joe's professionalism and expertise.
Joe is always available and responds to emails and calls very quickly. Joe is always looking for the best quality supply teachers for us.
Overall, I cannot fault the level of service provided by Joe and I would not hesitate to continue to work with him, and Engage on an ongoing basis.
