Jack Shea

I’m an Secondary Education Recruitment Consultant supporting secondary schools in central Manchester. I’ve worked in recruitment for seven years, starting off as a resource during my university placement and progressing into roles as a Senior Consultant and Head of Internal Recruitment. I’ve worked across all sectors and enjoy providing schools with high quality staff. I like supporting secondary schools as it gives me the opportunity to work with a diverse set of roles such as learning support, tutors and behaviour support.

I love having the opportunity to make a genuine difference to people looking for their next role in education, and working across primary, SEN and secondary sectors have allowed me to develop an understanding of what candidates are looking for. I’m a big Manchester United fan and love going to games when possible, as well as spending time with family and friends.
