Hey, I’m Aaron. I joined Engage in 2020 and started my journey in education recruitment working in 1:1 and tuition, before moving into schools in West Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey.

I always pride myself on my relationships with clients and candidates, working hard to ensure that both are completely satisfied with each placement. Because of this, I feel that the people I work with trust in me to find exactly what they’re looking for. I’m also lucky enough to work in our outstanding Brighton team, with so much experience that no matter where you’re based, you’re in excellent hands!
