We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with day-to-day, short-term and long-term opportunities available. Some assignments can also lead to permanent positions.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing.

You could be working across different schools each day, supporting classroom teachers and pupils, or securing a longer-term placement in a school that is the right fit for you.

Depending on your experience and interests, opportunities may include:

• General classroom support
• 1:1 pupil support
• Small-group interventions
• Supporting pupils with additional needs
• EYFS, KS1 and KS2 support
• Supporting children with SEND
• Helping pupils develop their academic and social skills

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to hear from Teaching Assistants who have:

• Previous experience working with children or young people
• Experience within a school or education setting is desirable
• A genuine passion for supporting children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, caring and supportive approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils
• A flexible, positive and proactive attitude
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

Teaching qualifications are not essential for all roles, and we welcome applications from graduates and candidates looking to begin or develop their career in education.
