SEND 1:1 Individual Needs Assistant – Lancing

We are work closely with a secondary school in Lancing who require an experienced teaching assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with students with Autism, ADHD as well as Social Emotional and Mental Health. This role is to start in October 2026.
The ideal applicant will:
- Be available to work full time and be able to commit to a long term role
- Enthusiastic and passionate about helping children reach their full potential
- You will be expected to think on your feet and be proactive as no day will be the same, so being prepared is vital.
- Ability to form excellent relationships and rapport with pupils
- Be confident, flexible and enthusiastic, supportive and calm in nature
