that is looking to appoint enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants starting at various points during the academic year.

About the Role:
You will work across this vibrant, multi form primary school, supporting teachers and helping
pupils reach their full potential. From running small learning groups to giving one-to-one
encouragement, the role is dynamic and varied no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Supporting pupils on a 1-to-1 basis and leading small intervention groups
● Assisting class teachers with lesson delivery and creative learning activities
● Helping children build confidence in literacy, numeracy, and broader subjects
● Assisting pupils with additional learning, language, or behavioural needs where
required
● Preparing classroom resources and helping maintain an engaging environment
● Sharing feedback with teachers on pupil progress
● Inspiring positive behaviour and helping every child thrive
