The school supports pupils across primary and secondary age groups with a range of additional needs, including:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)

• Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)

• ADHD

• Global Developmental Delay (GDD)

The school’s focus is on helping every pupil feel valued, included and supported, while developing their confidence, independence and life skills.

We’re keen to hear from people who are:

• Patient, caring and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for supporting young people.

• Adaptable, resilient and able to think on their feet.

• Experienced in SEND, care or support work – or keen to learn!

• Confident building positive relationships with children and colleagues.

• Understanding of additional needs, including autism and communication difficulties.

No previous school experience is necessary! We welcome applications from support workers, care assistants, residential workers and anyone with transferable experience supporting individuals with additional needs.
