The Role

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Follow existing lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning
• Create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups and teaching environments
• Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and leadership teams

The Ideal Candidate

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching within a UK primary school
• Be confident teaching across different primary year groups
• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be reliable, adaptable and able to build positive relationships quickly
• Have a genuine passion for working with children
• Be available for regular or ad-hoc teaching assignments
