The Hounslow Education Partnership (HEP) is an independent organisation working in partnership with our schools and the local authority. They are a schools-led improvement partnership utilising members’ knowledge and expertise to strengthen the work of our schools. 

The HEP’s school-led school improvement partnership enables schools to deliver the best possible educational experiences and outcomes for all the children and young people of Hounslow and drives our collective responsibility and ambition for their achievements.

With Engage, we’ve been able to provide a consistently high-quality service to schools in the local area and this is why we’ve been named as one of the preferred suppliers on the Hounslow Education Partnership.

CCS framework: We are named on the new DfE-sponsored CCS framework, which sets out standards and best practices for schools who use recruitment agencies to meet their staffing needs. Benefits include:

Teacher Training Programme – We work with a prestigious UK university to provide a two-year route to PGCE and QTS. Our programme is totally flexible and support focused and graduates gain on-the-job experience while they study and can continue to work at your school once they have completed the programme.
