1:1 KS1 Teacher Required for Independent School in Elmbridge
About the role:
At Engage Education, we are currently looking for an ambitious and creative 1:1 KS1 Teacher for a fantastic independent school in Elmbridge. This is a role to start ASAP.
The school has curated an enthusiastic team and focuses on the development of both teachers and pupils. If you have a proven track record of raising attainment and a passion for literacy and numeracy, we’d love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate has:
- Full QTS
- Experience planning and delivering high-quality lessons / support for KS1 pupils
- Confidence supporting a pupil across a range of abilities
- Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
- The ability to think quickly, adapt approaches, and provide tailored 1:1 support
