Engage Education are working with multiple schools SEN Schools in the Manchester area who are eager to secure fantastic SEND Apprentice TA’s to provide outstanding 1:1 & small group SEN support to children with complex learning difficulties.

SEND Apprentice Teaching Assistant – Role Information:
- Conducting specifically tailored 1:1 & small group support for children with SEN
- Creating warm and inspiring atmosphere for children throughout school day
- Creating and sustaining meaningful rapport with students
- Communicating with colleagues and reporting to school SENCO
- Located in one Manchester SEN school for full academic year
SEND Apprentice Teaching Assistant – Benefits:
- Paid £55 – £80 per day during term time
- Paid throughout the holiday periods
- Monday to Friday role from September 2026 to July 2027
- FREE online CPD courses across array of subjects
- Guaranteed TA qualification pending completion of 11 month course – Level 3 or Level 4
- Option to join school permanently pending course completion
SEND Apprentice Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements:
- Experience supporting children in any capacity
- Graduates can apply
- Passion for working with Children and within SEND
- Naturally outgoing and engaging individual with interest in teaching
- Open to full-time work beginning November 2026
