Contract: Permanent, full-time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 4 days per week

Salary: From £23,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Start Date: November 2026

About the Role

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join a welcoming and supportive day nursery in Bingley (West Yorkshire!) 

The successful candidate will help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn, play and thrive. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will support children’s development through play, exploration and positive relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an early years professional who is passionate about child development and wants to build their career within a supportive nursery environment.

• Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing through play, exploration and everyday experiences.

• Take an active role in the wider life of the nursery and contribute to continuous improvement.

Person Specification

• Experience working in a Nursery across multiple age groups and rooms.
• A genuine interest in early childhood education and child development.
• Experience or enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning through play and exploration.
• A passion for creating engaging environments where children can grow in confidence and thrive.
• An appreciation of outdoor learning and its role in children’s development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative, organised and proactive approach.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
• Right to work in the UK.
