Grow your future workforce with graduate learning mentors

The challenge

Schools face a national shortage of teachers and support staff. Our Graduate Learning Mentor Programme helps fill the gap.

Our solution

We work with a specialist graduate recruitment partner to place UK graduates from any degree as Learning Mentors in Primary, Secondary and SEND settings. Every placement starts on a temporary basis, so you can be sure of the fit before you commit.

Learning mentor roles

  • SEND and Inclusion TA: 1:1 support for pupils with EHCPs or additional needs
  • Core Subject Tuition TA: English, Maths or Science support to raise attainment
  • Cover Supervisor (Secondary only): delivers pre-set lessons and covers absent teachers

Why graduates?

  • Energetic, tech-savvy and quick to adapt to your school
  • Fresh academic knowledge and a genuine passion for education
  • Strong rapport with today’s pupils
  • Cost-effective: maximum impact at maximum value
  • Consistency for pupils
