Contract: Flexible Day-to-Day Supply (Full-Time & Part-Time Available)

About the role:

● Support teachers with the delivery of engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

● Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils, helping them to access learning and make progress.

● Support pupils with a range of additional needs, where required, including SEND.

● Build positive and professional relationships with pupils and staff, quickly adapting to different school environments.

● Help create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment where all pupils feel encouraged to achieve their best.

● Support with classroom management and pupil behaviour, maintaining a calm, safe and productive environment.

● Assist with classroom preparation, learning activities and other day-to-day duties to support the wider school community.

● Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility and a proactive approach across every placement.

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience working with children or young people, ideally within a UK school or educational setting. You should be confident supporting pupils across a range of ages and abilities, with a genuine passion for helping children learn and develop.

Experience supporting pupils with SEND would be advantageous, but is not essential.
