The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Maintain continuity of learning during teacher absence
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
- Adapt confidently to different year groups and classroom settings
- Support pupils with a range of abilities and additional needs
- Work closely with teaching assistants and other school staff
- Provide feedback to the class teacher where required
The Ideal Candidate
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching within a UK primary school
- Be confident teaching across different primary year groups
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Reliable, professional and adaptable
- Able to build positive relationships with pupils quickly
- Passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
