We are currently recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work across a fantastic network of primary schools in Watford and the surrounding Hertfordshire area.

The Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
• Follow existing lesson plans and school expectations
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour confidently and effectively
• Support pupils’ learning, progress and wellbeing
• Adapt your teaching to meet the needs of different learners
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
• Provide continuity of learning during staff absence

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for teachers who are:

• Qualified Teachers with QTS or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Passionate about primary education
• Confident managing a classroom
• Adaptable and able to settle quickly into new environments
• Reliable, professional and enthusiastic
• Committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply.
