Following the huge success of our ETAP programme, we are thrilled to launch our brand-new EYFS Apprenticeship Programme in partnership with Nursery Schools in [Location].
If you are passionate about early childhood development and want to gain industry-recognised qualifications whilst earning, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Achieve
Through this 17-month programme, you will earn your:
- Level 3 Early Years Educator (EYFS) Qualification
- Paediatric First Aid (PFA) Certification
Once completed, you’ll be a fully qualified practitioner, qualified to work within nurseries, nursery schools and children’s centres as part of the official staff ratio.
Key Details & Benefits
- Competitive Pay: Earn up to £70/day – well above the standard apprenticeship wage, reflecting the high value we place on your commitment to this crucial age group.
- Hours: Mon-Fri as part of the normal school term-time schedule. Learning / online classes will be once weekly fortnightly during the term and 20 hours during the holiday periods. Christmas is off completely!
- Duration: Commitment will be required for the full duration of 17 months
- Support: Hands-on experience with dedicated support through our training partner, mentors at your school of placement and our own team with your dedicated consultant.
What We’re Looking For
To be eligible, you should have:
- Residency: To be eligible for government-funded apprenticeship funding, you’ll need at least 3 years’ continuous UK/EEA residency.
- Prior Experience/Qualification: An existing Level 2 EYFS qualification OR previous experience working with children under 2.
- Literacy: GCSE English (Grace 4/C or above) or equivalent Functional Skills Level 2
- Desirable: Prior experience supporting nursery schools or nursery-aged children.
