Engage Education Services has specialised in recruiting education staff in all roles for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant to work at a trust in Denmark Hill or Beckenham.
About the role:
The role is Monday – Friday 8:30 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00
As the HR Assistant, you will be part of a close-knit team that works hard together to ensure the smooth running of the entire school.
Duties can include:
Using the school’s internal system to record data
Various administrative tasks
Using HR best practices
Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
Covering reception duties
The ideal applicant will have:
Strong HR administration experience within an education/academy trust environment.
Specific experience implementing or managing Every HR or a similar HRIS platform.
A solid understanding of school safer recruitment and Single Central Record (SCR) compliance
