Engage Education partners with the Sutton Education Trust

The Sutton Education Trust was set up on 1st February 2017 and is a Co-operative Trust which means that stakeholders, whether that’s pupils, staff, parents and carers and governors are full members and contribute in many ways. The Trust comprises the following schools within Sutton:

Beddington Infants; Culvers House Primary; Dorchester Primary; Foresters Primary; High View Primary and Muschamp Primary and Nonsuch Primary.

The schools within The Sutton Education Trust all put their values into practice by following their co-operative principles.

  • Voluntary and Open Membership
  • Democratic Member Control
  • Member Economic Participation
  • Autonomy and Independence
  • Education, Training and Information
  • Co-operation Among Co-operatives
  • Concern for Community

Why we joined their framework

We’ve been working with schools across Sutton for over 8 years, and our South West London team have built incredibly valuable and strong relationships with the schools in the borough. We wanted to ensure we were able to provide a valuable network of staff to the schools within the framework and were delighted when we were accepted on their preferred supplier list in 2021.=

Our main goals are to service the trust with:

  • Teacher and support staff recruitment
  • Specialist SEND recruitment
  • Intervention / Tuition support
