HR Manager required for Secondary School in Harrow
At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an experienced HR Manager who would like to work in a school for a full-time position at a fantastic secondary school in Harrow.
About the role:
As the HR Manager at this school, you’ll be working Monday-Friday 08:30 – 16:30
You will be:
Using the school’s internal system to record data
Managing a small HR Team and working alongside the Office and Business Manager.
Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
Following HR best practice.
To be responsible for managing specific areas of school work including: Financial Resources; Human Resources.
The ideal applicant will have:
Experience working in an HR position in a school
A real passion for working within an educational environment
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
CIPD level 5 or above
