Level 3 Nursery Assistant Required – Newham
Engage Education is currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistant / Early Years Practitioner to join a fantastic nursery in Sutton.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is passionate about Early Years education and enjoys creating a positive, engaging and nurturing environment for young children.
Please note: You MUST hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification to be considered for this role.
About the role

Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting children with their learning and development
- Working with individual children and small groups
- Providing 1:1 support where required
- Supporting early literacy, numeracy and communication skills
- Helping to create stimulating and engaging learning activities
- Supporting children’s social and emotional development
- Working closely with nursery staff to provide a safe, positive and inclusive environment
The ideal candidate will:
- MUST hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification
- Have previous experience working with Nursery or Early Years children
- Have a genuine passion for education and supporting children’s development
- Be creative, enthusiastic, patient and nurturing
- Be confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Have a good understanding of supporting young children within an Early Years environment
