"Since Matt took over as our consultant he has been amazing. This year during the summer term additional funding was agreed and we needed to increase the number of TAs starting in September. Matt organised a half-day ‘speed dating’ event at the school. This worked so well that we managed to fill most of our additional TA roles.
He is supportive of the school and keeps us up to date on any issues or highlights any new candidate TAs he thinks will fit the school profile. We appreciate all the effort and care he has put into helping us as the school has grown"
