Hey, I’m Lewis, a senior managing consultant at Engage, working with consultants across Hertfordshire to ensure a seamless process for both schools and candidates. I have worked in recruitment for a number of years and am experienced in a range of different recruitment types in various industries.
Education was my sector of choice due to the fond memories of my own journey in school up to university and the different people who made that journey special. I believe everyone should have the chance to experience educational professionals passionate about their role and the impact they can have on our futures. I enjoy being innovative and the ever-evolving nature of the industry as this allows for an opportunity to be creative when seeking solutions to challenges
