Lauren Ball

I’m Lauren, the SEND Consultant at Engage Education. I’m the area manager for SEND Provisions in Mainstream schools and Specialist SEND Schools within Havering, Brentwood, Basildon, Chelmsford and Thurrock. I have worked in recruitment since 2018 as an HR Assistant but switched to the front line in 2023. My passions come from naturally being a people person and really taking pride in finding the right fit in terms of culture and need. Working within SEND has sparked my passions even more so as I began my career in the education sector so I really understand the need within school settings first-hand.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, keeping fit and making the most of every single day. I love exploring the world and finding hidden gems while hiking and biking over the globe.
