Hi, I’m Blaise! I am a Primary consultant at Engage Education, working with schools in the Bradford area. I have worked in Education Recruitment since 2013.

I enjoy working in the Education sector as you can make fantastic relationships with schools and teachers/support staff. You can help people secure their dream job and can help the school find their perfect fit.

I got into recruitment through a Business Administration apprenticeship and over the 11 years, I have done pretty much every role from admin to a consultant level. In 2018 I travelled to Thailand, Singapore and Bali and worked in recruitment for 6 months in Australia. I also have a very creative side and last year I graduated in Graphic Design!
