Ann Marie Byrne

Hey, I’m Ann Marie, I am a SEND consultant at Engage Education, mainly working with SEND schools and mainstream schools within London.  have decided to get into recruitment with Engage Education as I have over 4 years of experience working as a SEND assistant. I, therefore, have a great understanding of SEND and the importance of matching the right candidate to the right role.

I love working with SEND schools because I feel like I can help make a difference and can relate hugely to the work involved. I am a very outgoing person who loves meeting new people and going to social events! I also enjoy the simple things in life like grabbing a coffee with a friend, walking my dog or reading a good book. I love to help people achieve their goals and strive to see others being successful! I have a strong passion for working with SEND schools from my personal experience of doing 1:1 work back in Ireland where I studied to be a SEND assistant.
