What is the Engage Teacher Training Programme?

Our two-year salaried route into teaching allows you to become a qualified teacher through flexible learning at great schools in England. There are no course fees and you’ll even earn a salary while you gain hands-on teaching experience.

At the end of the course you’ll receive an internationally-recognised Postgraduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

We know you’re ready to get on with your career and start moulding young people’s lives. By embarking on our two-year course, you won’t have to take a break from your working life to become a teacher – you’ll be learning on the job right away.

Course Requirements:

  • Any undergraduate degree
  • GCSE Grade C/Level 4 in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • To teach at Primary Level you will also require a GCSE Grade C/Level 4 in Science (or equivalent)
  • The passion and drive to become a teacher long-term
