Job Advert: Occupational Therapist

Location: Upminster
Position: Part-Time (1-2 days per week)

We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a vibrant special needs provision in Upminster, supporting young people aged 16 to 25 with a range of needs.

About the Role:
As a vital member of the team, you will:

• Assess and develop personalised therapy plans to support young people in achieving their goals.
• Work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff to deliver integrated support.
• Empower young people with the skills they need for independence and success in daily life.

Key Requirements:

• A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy (HCPC registered).
• Experience working with young people with SEND, particularly those aged 16-25.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
