This role is available to start as soon as possible and combines hands-on classroom experience with structured training delivered during working hours, both in person and online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)

  • Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)

This training will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive within a mainstream secondary SEND setting.

About You:

Previous school-based experience is not essential. We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting young people with SEND

  • Is patient, empathetic, and resilient

  • Has strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Is committed to completing a minimum 12-month apprenticeship

  • Holds GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)

What We Offer:
