SEN Teaching Assistant – Specialist SEN School

We are currently working closely with a well-established specialist SEN setting in Kingston and are looking to recruit committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team, with roles available to start immediately.

This is a highly supportive school environment, designed to meet the needs of pupils with a range of complex learning and developmental needs, where staff work collaboratively to help every child thrive.

Pupil Needs Include:

• Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

• Behavioural and emotional regulation needs

• Sensory processing needs (experience with sensory-based learning is highly desirable)

About the Role:

• Earn up to £500 per week

• Full-time positions available

• Supporting pupils in small groups and through targeted interventions

• Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional and complex needs

• Supporting learning, communication, independence and emotional regulation

• Working closely with teachers and therapists to implement personalised strategies

• Supporting pupils who may present with challenging behaviour in a calm, consistent and nurturing way
