Key Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide Small Group Support – Assist with targeted teaching in small groups to boost student learning outcomes.
• 1:1 Student Assistance – Offer personalized support to students, including those with special educational needs or those who need extra help with their studies.
• Classroom Support – Work closely with teachers to manage the classroom environment and help students stay focused and engaged.
• Intervention Sessions – Deliver focused intervention sessions designed to help students improve in key subject areas.
• Wellbeing Support – Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment by supporting the emotional and social development of students.
