Teaching Assistant

I am currently working with a lovely secondary SEMH school just outside who are urgently seeking a Teaching Assistant to support their pupils to start immediately.
About the role:
The needs of the pupils they cater for range from:

• SEMH
• Learning difficulties
• Challenging Behaviour
• ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition)The school caters for children who have SEMH. We welcome applicants with a good understanding of working with students with SEMH and are enthusiastic about raising the attainment of their pupils.You will ideally have experience in supporting children with special educational needs (professionally or personally) or will have a passion for working with students with challenging behaviour and Autism. By being proactive and taking initiative, you are going to be able to build relationships with students and gain knowledge of a wide variety of needs.
