Teaching Assistant – Primary School – Hurstpierpoint

About the role:

• Supporting pupils within the classroom, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis

• Assisting the class teacher with daily learning activities

• Helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

• Supporting children with varying needs to help them reach their full potential

• Working closely with teaching staff and other support staff

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with children (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)

• Be patient, caring, and enthusiastic

• Have good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Be confident supporting learning in a primary classroom

• Have a genuine interest in working within education
