I am currently working with a fantastic secondaryschoolinMarlowwho have asked for my support in recruiting two full-time Teaching Assistants to join their support team from Easter 2025.

Teaching Assistant – SecondarySchool

Location:Marlow

Start Date: Easter 2026

Hours: Full-Time (09:00–15:00)

Pay: £16 an Hour

Interviews: Taking place ASAP

Theschoolsupports students with a range of learning difficulties including Autism and ADHD, with a strong focus on developing both academic and life skills to promote independence and inclusion.

This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a hands-on, rewarding role within special education. Experience is not essential – theschooloffers full training and ongoing support for the right candidates.
