At Engage Education, we are currently working with a good rated secondary school in Small Heath, Birmingham to recruit a full-time Maths Teacher. The school is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, forward-thinking teacher who is dedicated to improving pupil results and attainment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit team of teachers and gain valuable experience across a range of ability and age groups. Experience in teaching is advantageous but not necessary as the school would be open to the right ECT. They are also keen to accept applicants on the Upper Pay Scale.

About the role
You’ll be working as a Maths Teacher at a school in Birmingham. The students have excellent behaviour and you will be joining a committed and positive staff team that is part of a large multi-academy trust. The school is also easily accessible by car and public transport.

About you
- An experienced teacher with QTS (ECTs will be considered)
- Demonstrable history of teaching Maths to a high standard
- Enthusiasm and creativity when delivering lessons to students of all ages and abilities
- Proven experience of developing teaching & learning within a Maths department
