The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment for young students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support student learning and well-being.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching in KS1 is preferred, though Early Career Teachers (ECT) are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
