Support Worker – School in Leeds

We are currently working with a lovely special school in Leeds who are seeking a Support Worker to join their growing team.

About the role:

The needs of the pupils they cater for range from:

  • Autism
  • ASC (verbal and non-verbal)
  • Learning difficulties
  • Complex needs

If you have a good understanding of working with students with severe ASC and profound, multiple learning difficulties and are enthusiastic about raising the attainment of their pupils., then we would love to hear from you.

You will ideally have experience working in a school setting and/or supporting children with special educational needs and will have a passion for working with and supporting vulnerable young people.

You would need to be proactive and good at taking initiative as you are going to be able to build relationships with students and understanding knowledge of a wide variety of the pupils’ needs.
