Daily Supply Primary Teacher – Elmbridge & Surrounding Areas

About the role

At Engage Education, we’re recruiting Daily Supply Primary Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Elmbridge and nearby areas. This is ideal if you want flexibility, enjoy variety, and are confident stepping into different classrooms at short notice.

You could be covering anything from EYFS through to KS2, delivering pre-set work, keeping routines consistent, and making sure pupils have a positive, productive day.

We also offer a Guaranteed Supply Scheme, which we can explain and discuss during registration (ideal if you want more financial certainty alongside the flexibility of supply).

What you’ll be doing

• Providing day-to-day cover across primary year groups (EYFS/KS1/KS2)

• Delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining classroom routines

• Managing behaviour effectively and following school policies

• Supporting pupil progress and wellbeing during the school day

• Working closely with school staff to ensure a smooth handover

The ideal applicant will be

• A qualified teacher with QTS

• Confident teaching across KS1 and/or KS2 (EYFS experience is a bonus)

• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum

• Calm, adaptable, and able to quickly build rapport with pupils

• Reliable and happy to take bookings at short notice
