SEND Teaching Assistant – Primary School in Greenwich

About the role:

This teaching assistant role is based in an ambitious and thriving school in Greenwich. They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic graduate for the role for September. 

Your Role:

• Assisting in the delivery of effective teaching on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
• Working with other support staff to engage pupils in sensory work
• Preparing classroom resources
• Providing feedback to teachers and parents
• You will be assisting pupils with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties and other Learning Disabilities

• Enthusiastic and passionate about helping children reach their academic potential
• You will be expected to think on your feet and be proactive, no day is the same in a Special School, so being prepared is vital.
