Science Teacher Vacancy with TLR – East London – September 2025

At Engage Education, we’re recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work in a successful secondary school in Redbridge. We are currently recruiting for a permanent Teacher of Science who can confidently teach across KS3, KS4 and KS5 to start in September 2025.

About the role:

This is a full time role teaching Science across Key Stage 3/4/5 students. Science is incredibly popular at A-Level and is one of the schools most successful departments. They encourage creativity, ambition, and collaboration within a department.

The school has well behaved students who are eager to learn and do well. The school has a continuous track record of receiving excellent results at both GCSE and A-Level. This role would suit an experienced Science Teacher looking to take on more responsibility with a TLR role. The TLR is open to suggestions based on your skillset.

About you:

• Have high expectations of your students
• Have experience teaching Science up to A-Level
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status, ideally with a Science Specialism
• A real desire to make a positive difference to the students that you work with
• Have a passion for working collaboratively
