We are advertising a fantastic opportunity for support staff in a Leeds  based Primary school.

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to support the development and progress of the pupils.

This is a full time position so committed staff are required.

Our support staff duties can include:

• Working with small groups of pupils
• Follow schools policies and procedures
• 1:1 support for KS1 & KS2 students

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a teaching assistant
• Flexible and patient
• Creativity and passion for teaching/development
• Hold relevant qualifications
• Committed to working in a full – time role

What to expect from Engage:

• Earn up to £500 a week! We pay all our staff in line with the Agency Worker Regulations, so your rate will be equal to that of a permanent employee
• We provide ongoing support and guidance from your own dedicated Engage consultant to assist your development including a wide range of continued professional development (CPD) training sessions. These are completely free to attend and you will be invited to these.

• Experience working in a range of scenarios, with children from a multitude of backgrounds and circumstances including SEN support, ESL (English as Second Language), challenging behaviour support and intervention support.
