About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to join our network of schools in Watford and the surrounding area. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, following the school’s planning where available.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils are supported to learn and succeed.

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations for learning and conduct.

• Adapt quickly to different school environments and collaborate with staff to ensure continuity of learning.

• Provide feedback on pupil progress and uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times.

Person Specification

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching within UK primary schools.

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage pupils of all abilities.

• Reliable, flexible, and professional approach to teaching.

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning.
